Here’s an easy-peasy way to enjoy sweetpotatoes on the grill—wrap ‘em up! Our recipe starts with sweetpotato wedges tossed with melted butter and savory spices. And it ends with tasty, tender tubers that are the perfect side dish for steaks, chops, chicken, and all your summer favorites.

Heat a grill to medium-high.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a large bowl, combine the sweetpotatoes and butter mixture.

Arrange two 12-by-18-inch sheets of heavy duty foil on a work surface and divide the sweetpotatoes between them. One sheet at a time, bring up the sides of the foil and seal the ends and edges, loosely encasing the sweetpotatoes and creating two approximately 7-by-9-inch packets.

Grill the sweetpotatoes until tender, 10 to 12 minutes, turning the packets over halfway through.
