Spicy Masala Paratha

This paratha is an Indian weekend breakfast staple, made healthier with the addition of vitamin and nutrient dense sweet potatoes.  This delicious dish is made when whole wheat flour is combined with sweet potato mash, fresh herbs and plenty of spice for a wonderful addition to your breakfast or brunch table!
